RELAY LEG DISTANCES
Leg 1: 5K out and back (same course as 5K runners/walkers) ..
Leg 2: 5K out and back (same 5K course)
 
 
RULES AND INFORMATION
Team Captain is responsible for signing up the team.
 
Team Captain is responsible for collecting the teams money for their reimbursement.
 
Team Captain must input the team name in the appropriate field on the registration form.
 
In the event someone can't run the other team member can run both legs, but the team is not eligible for an award.
 
The cost of the relay is the same regardless if you have 1 person or 2.
 
Teams can consist of any denomination of male or female.
Award to the top finishing team - 1 hour massage and matching Snuggies.
