| Top finisher awards (5K, 10K, and 10K Relay), costume contest prizes, and raffle drawing prize will be given away at the awards ceremony at 10:30AM. Age group awards will be available for pick-up at the awards table (look for the awards banner). |

| USATF Awards Rules: if you win both an overall and age group spot you will be presented with both awards. For example: if you win both 3rd place overall and also win 1st place masters, you will receive both awards. Overall winners ARE NOT knocked out of their respective age group. |

- 5K & 10K (solo run) age Group Awards:
Ribbons will be given to the top 5 men and women in each of the following age divisions:
14 & under, 15-19, 20-24 , 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-5, 60-6, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over. Ribbons will be available at the awards table (look for the awards banner). 5K results will be available by approximately 10:00 and 10K results by approximately 10:30.

- ALL Tiny Tim 1K Kids runners will receive a toy out of Santa's bag

- Costume Contest:
Create your best and most festive Christmas Characters. The best dressed in each category will be given a free race entry into either the 2012 St. Paddy's Day 5K or 2012 Santa Runs 5K. Judging by our "celebrity judges" will begin at 8:35 AM under the red start arch. No sign-up necessary. Just bring yourself in those great costumes, wait for your category to be called, and strut your stuff! The results will be tabulated and the winners announced at the awards ceremony at 10:30 AM.
Categories are:
Best Individual
Best Group (2 - 5 people)
Best Youth (14 and under)
Best dressed pooch
In honor of our Beneficiary, the Humane Society of Tacoma & Pierce County, we are allowing dogs at this race. There will be a prize given out to the best dressed pooch. Please keep your dog on a short leash and ensure that they remain well behaved. Thank you! Let's see how festive your pup can be!

- Food Drive Raffle Drawing:
For every can or package of food you bring, you will receive one raffle ticket, and will be entered into a drawing to win a free race entry and a gift certificate to Indochine on Pearl.
